Oconomowoc Area Foundation (OAF) founding member Craig Schiefelbein spoke to a crowd of more than 150 community members at a gathering held at the historic landmark Knollward Mansion Sept. 5 about the importance of meeting the needs of the community. Waiting to share their thoughts are OAF board chairman Bob Johnson, OAF founding member Dirk Debbink and Lake Area Free Clinic Marketing and Development Director Megan Welsh. Photo by Sage Neumann.

The iconic 15,222 square foot home was built in 1928 and is now owned by Marie and Dave O’Brien who are dedicated in preserving its multifaceted history. Knollward and a beautiful Lac La Belle sunset created the perfect setting as neighbors and friends shared how to give in meaningful ways to meet the changing needs of their community.

We are grateful for community members who are dedicated in giving to their community through the Oconomowoc Area Foundation. Together we can truly make a difference!
